This is the story of Nakayanja Faith, a 17-year-old girl whose journey from a small village in Nakaseke District to becoming one of the top performers under the Rose Namayanja Foundation (RNF) is a testament to the profound impact of giving and community support.

At the heart of the Rose Namayanja Foundation (RNF) lies the promise of hope, the drive for change, and the commitment to transforming lives. Today, we are honoured to share the inspiring journey of Nakawunde Esther, a young woman whose story embodies the essence of our mission.

The Rose Namayanja Foundation celebrated the graduation of 120 students who earned certificates from the Directorate of Industrial Training (DIT) in various vocational fields. The event highlighted the importance of vocational education in Uganda, with speeches from State Minister for Higher Education Dr. John Chrysestom Muyingo and foundation director Rt Hon Namayanja Rose Nsereko. The graduates were encouraged to maintain discipline, integrity, and dedication in their professional lives.

The Directorate of Industrial Training (DIT) Programme is a crucial initiative aimed at providing professional recognition and certification to individuals who have acquired skills informally.
