YOUNG WOMEN & GIRLS MENTORSHIP PROGRAM
The Rose Namayanja Foundation is proud to announce the launch of our Young Women and Girls Mentorship program, in partnership with the Westminster Foundation for Democracy. This program is designed to provide mentorship and guidance to young women who are interested in pursuing leadership roles in their communities.
Through this program, we aim to build the self-confidence and political consciousness of young women, and to provide them with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in leadership roles. We believe that by empowering young women and girls, we can help to create a more inclusive and equitable society.
To date, we have enrolled 15 young women in the mentorship cohort, which will run through 2023. We are excited to work with these talented and ambitious young women, and to help them realize their full potential as leaders in their communities.
