RT HON NAMAYANJA ROSE NSEREKO
Director and Founder
Honorable Namayanja Rose Nsereko is a Ugandan politician and social activist who has inspired the creation of the Rose Namayanja Foundation, a non-profit organization that aims to empower girls, women, and other marginalized groups in Uganda through various programs in the fields of health, education, leadership, and socio-economic empowerment. Namayanja Rose Nsereko was born and raised in the rural district of Nakaseke, where she faced numerous challenges as a young girl growing up in a war-torn and poverty-stricken area. Despite these challenges, she was able to overcome them through hard work and the support of others, and eventually rose to become a successful politician and leader in both local and national politics. Throughout her career, Namayanja Rose Nsereko has remained committed to improving the lives of others, particularly those who are most vulnerable and disadvantaged. She has used her position as a leader to advocate for the rights of girls, women, and other marginalized groups, and has worked tirelessly to create programs and initiatives that will empower these communities and help them achieve success in all areas of life. Today, Namayanja Rose Nsereko continues to serve as an inspiration to many, and her work through the Rose Namayanja Foundation is making a real difference in the lives of countless Ugandans.
MR NSEREKO CHARLES KAWUMA BASAJJA SSUBI

Mr. Nsereko Charles Kawuma Basajja Ssubi is a respected financial academic and leader with a passion for empowering and uplifting marginalized communities. As the director of the Rose Namayanja Foundation, he is dedicated to using his expertise and influence to make a positive impact on the lives of girls, women, and other disadvantaged groups in Uganda. Mr. Kawuma has a strong background in finance, with a PhD in the subject and a track record of academic excellence. He is a thought leader in his field, with a reputation for producing innovative and rigorous research that pushes the boundaries of financial knowledge. In addition to his work in academia, Mr. Kawuma is also a seasoned leader with a wealth of experience in non-profit management and community engagement. He has a strong track record of building and leading successful teams, and has a reputation for bringing together diverse groups of people to work towards a common goal. Mr. Nsereko Charles Kawuma is a valuable asset to the Rose Namayanja Foundation and to the wider community. MR DENIS LINDO
Team Leader
Denis Lindo is a dynamic and experienced professional with a strong background in business development, financial sustainability, and organizational development. As the Team Leader at the Rose Namayanja Foundation, he has demonstrated his commitment to empowering small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and promoting entrepreneurship. With over 15 years of experience working with SMEs, Lindo has trained for numerous organizations such as SMEDA, Enterprise Uganda, PSFU, and the BDC - Uganda, and has gained a wealth of knowledge in the areas of personal development consulting, executive coaching, strategic planning, and performance management. In addition to his bachelor's degree in commerce and postgraduate diploma in management, Lindo is currently pursuing an MBA in entrepreneurship, further solidifying his expertise in the field. Lindo is a skilled speaker and motivator, and has served as a media trainer and broadcaster. His passion for helping others succeed is evident in his work as a consultant, trainer, and coach, and he has made a significant impact on the growth and sustainability of countless businesses and individuals. As the Rose Namayanja Foundation continues to focus on inspiring leadership, business, and social enterprises with a special focus on the girl child, women, and the less privileged, Lindo is a valuable asset to the organization and is dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of those he serves.
MRS NANZIRI JULIET MULWANA
Programmes Coordinator
As the Programmes Coordinator at the Rose Namayanja Foundation, Mrs Juliet Nanziri Mulwana is a dedicated and highly skilled professional with a strong background in social sciences and a passion for gender studies. With an undergraduate degree in this field and ongoing studies in business management, she brings a unique and valuable perspective to her role at the foundation. Mrs Mulwana is known for her proactive approach to work, taking on initiatives and managing tasks with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to plan ahead and manage priorities effectively. She is a strong leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with diverse teams to achieve agreed organizational objectives. In her spare time, Mrs Mulwana enjoys spending time with her family and is dedicated to providing love and support to children who may not have the same opportunities as others. With her dedication, skills, and passion for social development work, Mrs Mulwana is a valuable asset to the Rose Namayanja Foundation and is committed to making a positive impact in the community.
JULIUS KITARA
Grants and Fundraising Head
Julius Kitara is a driven and passionate professional with a strong track record in social development work and the banking industry in Uganda. With over 13 years of experience, he has proven expertise in initiating, managing, and transforming businesses through effective leadership of diverse teams. One of Julius' key strengths is his proactive approach to work, which allows him to take on initiatives and manage tasks with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to plan ahead and prioritize effectively. He is committed to meeting deadlines and ensuring continuous progress in all of his endeavors. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Julius is also a devoted father of three children. He values the time he spends with kids and is passionate about providing affection and support to children who may not have the same opportunities as others. As the Grants and Fundraising Head at the Rose Namayanja Foundation, Julius is committed to using his skills and experience to make a positive impact on the lives of those in need.
MR SSEREMBA WILLY
Field Coordinator
Mr. Sseremba Willy is a field coordinator at the Rose Namayanja Foundation, where he is responsible for overseeing the implementation of various projects and initiatives in the field. With a strong background in project management and community development, Mr. Sseremba is highly skilled at building relationships with community members and ensuring that programs are delivered effectively and efficiently. A natural leader, Mr. Sseremba is known for his ability to motivate and empower others to achieve their goals. He is a strong believer in the power of collaboration and works closely with his team to ensure that all members are able to contribute their skills and expertise towards the success of the organization. Outside of his work with the Rose Namayanja Foundation, Mr. Sseremba is an active member of his community and is dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of those around him. Whether through volunteering his time or supporting local initiatives, he is committed to helping others reach their full potential and achieve their dreams.
MR KALULE LIVINGSTONE
Field Coordinator
Mr. Kalule Livingstone is a field officer at the Rose Namayanja Foundation, where he is responsible for coordinating and implementing the foundation's programs and projects in the field. With a strong background in community development and grassroots organizing, Mr. Livingstone is committed to using his skills and experience to make a positive impact on the lives of the less privileged in his community. He is an effective communicator and team player, able to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures. In his free time, Mr. Livingstone enjoys volunteering at local organizations and participating in community service projects.
The Rose Namayanja Foundation is a non-profit, non – partisan, non- political Ugandan organisation inspired by the life of Hon. Rose Namayanja Nsereko.
