The Rose Namayanja Foundation is proud to partner with the Cookstove Project to provide clean energy stoves to rural women and families in Uganda. Through this project, we have been able to distribute over 1000 clean energy stoves, which have not only improved the quality of life for the recipients, but have also contributed to a reduction in carbon emissions.
In addition, we have trained 30 village health team members on the production of these stoves and on the importance of climate change awareness. The Cookstove Project is an integral part of our efforts to promote sustainable living and combat climate change in Uganda.
